1. What documents do I need to rent a car?

You will need:

  • A valid driver’s license (held for at least 2 years)

  • National ID or Passport

  • A payment method (Mobile Money, Bank Transfer, or Card)

  • Proof of residence (if requested)


2. Do you accept international drivers?

Yes, we do. International renters must present:

  • A valid passport

  • A valid driver’s license from their home country

  • An International Driving Permit (IDP)


3. What types of vehicles do you offer?

We offer a wide selection including:

  • Compact and economy cars

  • Sedans and executive vehicles

  • SUVs and 4x4s (e.g., Toyota Prado, Harrier)

  • Chauffeur-driven and self-drive options


4. Can I rent a car for just one day?

Yes, we offer daily, weekly, and monthly rental plans. One-day rentals are available, subject to vehicle availability.


5. Is there a mileage limit?

Most rentals come with a daily mileage limit, which will be clearly stated in your agreement. Additional mileage may incur a small fee.


6. Do your vehicles come with fuel?

Yes, cars are provided with a certain fuel level (usually half or full tank) and must be returned with the same level. Refueling charges apply otherwise.


7. Are your vehicles insured?

Yes, all our vehicles are comprehensively insured. However, in case of damage, the renter may be liable for the insurance excess as per the agreement.


8. What happens if the car breaks down?

We provide 24/7 roadside assistance. Simply call our support line and we’ll help you as quickly as possible.


9. Can I extend my rental period?

Yes, extensions are allowed, but you must notify us in advance to avoid conflicts with other bookings.


10. Do you offer airport pick-up and drop-off?

Yes, we provide reliable airport transfers upon request. Let us know your flight details in advance to schedule a pick-up or drop-off.


11. Do you charge for cancellations?

Cancellations made 48 hours in advance are usually free. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or deposit forfeiture.


12. What if I return the car late?

Late returns attract an hourly fee, or may be billed as an extra day if returned significantly past the agreed time.


13. Is smoking allowed in the vehicles?

No. Smoking in the vehicle is strictly prohibited. A cleaning fee will be charged if this policy is violated.


14. Do you offer long-term leases for businesses or individuals?

Yes! We offer customized long-term rental packages for individuals, businesses, NGOs, and corporate clients.
